This course is designed for doctoral students who newly join the IHPM and are about to embark their research journey in public health policy and management. In the first part, we begin with an introduction to evolution of public health and contemporary public health issues, and introduce students the principles for policy analyses, health care management, social and behavioral sciences and health service research. In the second part, we invite faculty members of the IHPM to introduce their own specialties and ongoing research activities.
